Dubailand and Disney?

Interesting little bit today about Dubailand, a new MEGA theme park being built in Dubai with a Legoland, Universal theme park along with Bob the Builder, Thomas the Tank, Formula 1 and life size replica of the Eiffel Tower. When completed this park will be the largest in the world, a title currently held by Disney World in Florida. This park is separate from the Sea World park we reported on several weeks ago. The unnamed marketing director for the project is stating that they they are in talks with Disney. While this would be interesting, I find it highly unlikely that Disney would consider going in with other theme parks, particularly rival parks. Disney is the only major theme park developer that does not have a project in the works in Dubai.
