High School Musical the Musical?

High School Musical made it's West End debut in London last night. Fans were described as "screaming" for the show. The show is also touring the UK with some of the proceeds going to support Great Ormond Street Hospital's children's charity. The London Times review by Benedict Nightingale was not positive but he also stated that he did not fit the demographic that the show was intended for, it earned 3 of 5 stars. Letitia Dean, staring as Ms. Darbus was given a good review as was the story line for UK audiences. I wonder if this production will come to the US?
