It’s Official...
Disney sold 298 acres of land to the Four Seasons to build a hotel on Disney Property. The hotel will have a 445 room resort, time share properties and several single family vacation homes. While this plan was previously announced, the land deal was not official until today. Disney hopes to lure in luxury travelers with this high end hotel which will be part of a larger complex. The hotel will be designed by Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo, also known as WATG, in a “Palm Beach” style. You can see concept art for the hotel here.
