DizNews: Disney revealed its plans for a Disney Vacation Club Resort in Hawaii. The resort will open on the island of Oahu in 2011. The “mixed use” resort will house 350 hotel rooms and 480 vacation villas. The resort will be house on the grounds of another resort: Ko Olina Resort and Marina. The Disney characters are expected to be featured prominently along with all the amenities you would expect at a DVC resort including pools, gardens, banquet and wedding facilities and a full service spa. The resort will also feature a volcano - Disney style of course!
