DizNews: Disney Christmas Day Parade Open to All Guests
The Magic Kingdom will allow all guests, space permitting, to participate in the taping of Disney’s Christmas Day Parade on December 5th and 6th in the park. In the past, this was a special ticked event. Those planning to attend should be forewarned that this isn’t just a regular parade, as the floats and performers are frequently stopped for filming.
It’s Official...
Disney had it’s ground breaking ceremony for it’s first DVC property, the Ko Olina Resort & Marina, in Hawaii. The ceremony included a “traditional Hawaiian blessing ceremony”. The resort is scheduled to open on the western shores of Oa’hu in 2011. Yesterland has some photos and commentary from the ceremony.
