High School Musical Reality

Last night, High School Musical went the reality route and “High School Musical: Get in the Picture” premiered. The press release states that contestants will be placed in various situations, like singing in a store and performing in the parks, all while attending a "Famelike" school setting. The winner will get a talent deal with ABC including a contract for recording two songs and will star in a video that will air at the end of the credits of “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” in theaters in October. One of the unique things about this reality show is that when someone is no longer in the running for the win, they do not leave the show but join the chorus.
