DizNews: Disney Fairies Tech News Edition
Disney Interactive Studios has released Disney Fairies: Tinkerbelle for Nintendo DS.
The game continues Tink’s adventures from her new movie as well as her and her pals’ fun at www. pixiehollow.com, Disney’s virtual fairyland. The game will show the fairies going about their daily lives in real time including celebrations, gamers can change outfits, interact with other fairies and play “Hollow” themed games. The game retails for $29.99 at major retailers. Disney Fairy “Clickables” are also available for the holiday gift giving season. I’m not entirely familiar with this “toy” but the description is that it is jewelry that interacts with the online world of Pixie Hollow (Wow! Talk about cross marketing). The jewelry ranges in price from $29.99 to $5.99 and are generally aimed at girls aged 7 and up. If anyone has a better description of what this actually does, I would love to hear it and share with everyone else.
